Well, I've been happily married  since 1969 to Grammiej, have 2 beautiful daughters, 2 wonderful grandsons, and a lovely granddaughter. That should tell you something. LoL

I consider myselt an Independent-Republican, , but tend to vote whomever I think will do the best job. An Independent-Republican is one who is registered Republican for voting purposes and generally favors Republican candidates/issues, but who will support other candidates and issues on an individual basis. I support Capitalism, but believe many companies have lost their sense of corporate morality, that is reasonable prices and profits. I support helping the less fortunate among us, but I vehemently, disagree with government's definition of needy and government's inherent waste and indifference to fraud. I have my Christian beliefs and values, and I need no one to validate those, not even the Christian Right. I vote my conscience, but I don't waste my vote on 3rd-party candidates who have no chance of winning. Of those who have a chance to win, I will vote for the one who most aligns with my beliefs and values, regardless of party.
